We select up to 60 staff members from around the world to join our team each year. Our commitment to our families can only be met by hiring the best employees. We’re looking for staff that love teaching, exploring, and having a blast to join us this summer.
The benchmark of a successful camp experience (and what a child remembers most) is usually the relationship they form with the camp staff. Camp is a fun job, but it is a lot of hard work. Through our training programs, our staff become experts in youth development while developing skills in effective group management, communication, and feedback. While camp is for the kids, it is also for our staff to grow into their best-selves. Experience teaching science, technology or art is not necessary.
